The salesperson will use carefully selected body language, words, facial expressions, and gestures to make a sale.
Sometimes these techniques rebound when we make use of them to derive personal benefits. If we use these skills while trying to abide by fair principles, we can most certainly become more successful, more persuasive, and more confident. It should be used for the benefit as well as for the betterment of everyone around.
